A 1979 graduate of the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, Pradeep has worked 14 years with Tupperware Corporation in various positions in Hong Kong, India and the US, including the role of the Chief Financial Officer of the corporation based in Orlando, Florida. Since 2004, Pradeep has been a trader and investor, an area in which he is now considered an expert. In 2012, he moved back to India to start the company. He has been instrumental in creating and delivering courses in advanced Technical Analysis, Advanced Trading Strategies, Fundamental analysis, Portfolio Management and has trained over 1,100 students so far.
A seasoned banker, Hari Dev Gagneja has spent 40 years in banking many of them with one of the Leading Bank of India, where he held several senior positions, retiring as the Deputy General Manager. Mr. Gagneja has been a trainer with NIIT-IFBI for 4 years and has conducted banking training for hundreds of students. He has also been instrumental in many corporate training programs in the area of banking and finance.

Shikha Gupta is an MBA in HR with 5 years of rich experience in the areas of Human Resources and talent acquisition. She has worked for reputed BPO and KPO organizations like Hughes Communications and E-Valueserve. During her stints there, she acquired strong experience of mass recruiting and HR management in large organizations. She has also worked for the Tata Group as Center Head - HR & Admin for their Rural BPO i.e. their telecom domain.
